As we start our third (or is it fourth?) week of quarantine, many questions remain about how long we will endure isolation. I wanted to offer this moment of respite, an opportunity for peace in the present moment.
I offer you a video of a breathing technique called “Pranayama Breathing” that has been helpful to me. I hope it brings you a moment of calm wherever you use it and allows you to come into stillness. Just promise me you’ll wash your hands well before beginning!!
